Objectives of the DOL c3bc participants’ Career Pathway Tracking Database and Portal:

The purpose of the c3bc participants' Career Pathway tracking portal is to serve as an internet gateway, repository, and distributor of information of those individuals engaged in educational and industrial activities across the greater c3bc. This directive will be accomplished as follows:

1.    Collect and store participant information (anonymously): contact details, demographics, ethnicity, educational status and goals, career paths across the greater c3bc;

2.    Provide tracking data on participant involvement in c3bc activities (educational and employment paths; questions such as who, when, where) across the greater c3bc; and

3.    Provide linkage to appropriate and relevant third party sites involved in Biomanufacturing, skill standards, career opportunities, etc.

Database/Portal Rationale:

Facilitate the tracking of c3bc grant participants involvement in coursework/career pathways and assist in managing data for the c3bc. Note, this portal/database technology platform will be hosted remotely, easily accessible to c3bc grant partners, and shared amongst grant partners to assist in data collection and reporting purposes.
